About Flex Army
Flex Army EU-Outland (Alliance) is a semi-hardcore, English, mythic raiding guild which raids weekly and plays at the highest level of content. The guild is full of people that are willing to help each other out and have the most fun as possible, as well as having a mature community. Although we are quite a new guild on Outland, we have established ourselves well on the server and we are becoming one of the best.

How We Raid
We raid on a weekly basis with around 3-4 raids a week. We try to progress our way through content at a comfortable speed as well as doing the best we can. We do not force anyone to take up raiding as their 'full time job' but we do have a ranking system where, if you want to be, you can be the highest level of raider that is expected to attend every raid.
We use teamspeak 3 as our talking platform and all the details will be given to you if and when you join the guild.

Our Systems
The Loot System - We run a simple Main spec before Off-spec rolls but priority will go to Core Raiders over Raiders and Raiders over Trials. Once you become a Core Raider your Main spec will be the one you applied as or unless a Raid Leader has requested differently.

The Ranking System - Currently we are using a ranking system where you are trialed in 3 separate raid nights within a month, based on those raid nights you will either be promoted to Raider. As a Raider you will be expect to be an active person in the guild and available for raids quite often. If you chose to, you can become a Core Raider at least after 3 raids as a Raider, if you have proven yourself. This requires you to be online for every raid night unless a reason is given.
The Strikes System - We use a strikes system which will keep our Core Raiders in check and to make sure members who put in the effort get rewarded. This system will comprise of our Core Raiders having 3 strikes. If you gain all 3 of these strikes you will be demoted to Raider and an Officer will have a discussion with you post-raid. You will gain these strikes through poor performance, lack of consistency and lack of attendance. These strikes will reset every month.
